There some other places in Varna with such cheaters - at Sevastopol (near Cherno More hotel in the very center of Varna), at the Train station, at the Bus station and the Airport. Their drivers look predominantly for foreign tourists as well as town's guests from the interior of the country. The local citizens knows and always avoid this stands.
